I had the pleasure of receiving great customer service from Tia, and staff. The hotel smelled fresh and the room was clean. Thank you staff for giving me exceptional customer service. Tia keep giving great customer service because it matters.

I have been staying here for 3 weeks now. The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful, especially Jenia. My room is clean. The location is great, off I-75, close to pretty much everything. The rates are great. It's quiet. It's a nice place overall.

I must express my sincere appreciation to the new General Manager, Amanda Myers, and her friendly, professional staff who always go the extra mile to make me feel special! This is a positive, homelike and safe environment that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable and well managed extended stay option. Caring attitudes, attention to detail, and exceptional guest service creates a truly welcoming atmosphere. In addition, Amanda Myers, has gone above and beyond to assist me with any special issues with a warm and assuring attitude. Amanda is a positive person possessing exceptional leadership skills! As a frequent traveler, and my former experience in a 20 plus career at a major airline, I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide …I’m lucky to have found a lovely spot to stay in the care of these wonderful professionals!

The rooms were pretty decent and very clean but what truly shined was the manager Tia! She was so thoughtful and caring. Even though I'm a bit of a picky person she tended to each and every request I had. I will definitely be coming back i just have to make sure Tia is only shift lol!!!

So first, I’ll say that the manager, Patrick, absolutely made our stay. He was incredibly helpful when trying to extend our stay even though they were booked. I went there several times to see about extending a day or two and ultimately they worked it out for us. So I can honestly say the staff/service is second to none. The rooms are pretty decent. For the price they work and they work well. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Fridge worked well. Safe overall. Only negative is that there is a bit of an “old smoking hotel” smell. We were in between moves and needed a place for almost 2 weeks. And it worked out well for us. Definitely would recommend if you’re thinking about it and want to keep costs down. The staff will go above and beyond. I’ve stayed at places five times the nightly rate of this place with service that didn’t come to the kindness and attentiveness of Patrick and some of his staff. Honestly give that guy a raise!

I read many negative reviews so I was weary when I booked a 9 night stay, tonight is night 1. If you complain about bugs, your complaint is justified. If you complain about ameneties, the beds, or pretty much anything else, remember this is the cheapest hotel in all of Gainesville. It's clean, actually surprisingly clean, the room looks new, bed is on a metal frame but who cares, I've had 4 spine surgeries, the mattress is A1. Hallways were cleaned as I arrived and look and smell spic and span. If you want 5 star, go down the road and pay for 5 star. This place doesn't pretend to be a 5 star hotel. Right now city is booked as there's an event, 5 star rooms are 500usd/night, this hotel is 100usd! Great spot, great value, I'll be back. Corey

Great location easy access to everything needed. Staff is amazing especially Jenia along with other staff members. Amanda the manager is beyond helpful and considerate to your needs. Room was clean and have not seen a single bug or roach and have been staying here for over a month prior to what people say on their previous reviews it's a quiet area secluded off of i-75 with a nice wooded area around you and then enjoyable picnic table where you can relax with the family and let them play in the field and run around and burn off that extra energy so they can have a good night's rest I have stated other hotels locally and even extended stay hotels working in town and this is by far the most accommodating and reasonable priced when you're looking for a long-term place to be or temporary

First of we want to thank you for the participation with the city of Gainesville our names are James and Deloris Booth my husband loves her so much I don't know how I'm going to get him to leave when our house gets finish we met your staff and baby they are so friendly, the lady jan she was so patient with me and so friendly because I love televion can't sleep without it, we are old and needs this place to be at, thank you for everything, hope, we will let everybody know how great this place is, and again that's for everything.
